As mentioned, almost everything is brand new such as the couch, the mattress, the bedding, the kitchen appliances, coffee machine, microwave, tv, etc are new. And when I say the place is fully equipped with everything you will need, you could literally live here for the year and only need to bring your clothes. And if it is not in the Loft we will find it for you.
The exterior of the property is private. The upper deck overlooking the ocean and sunset and natural pond back deck has a propane barbecue with tools, a patio table with chairs and an umbrella. .chairs to sit and view the pond, , The private beach is down a lovely path only a few minutes walk away from your door. Water is clean, sand is soft and plentiful, sand bars are exposed at low tide and you would be hard pressed to see many other people. Don't forget about the romantic spectacular sunset directly over the ocean directly in front of the Loft as you drink from your wine glass with your favorite wine . The entire time, you will have undisturbed peace and quiet with no sounds coming from road traffic or from the neighbors. At night, the stars are bright, the sky is dark and the only sounds are coming from the diverse Eco-system of the ocean . It is a magical melodic hypnotic symphony of waves crashing.
